Heart rate says this was barely above sitting at a desk. That’s fine. The point wasn’t cardio. The point was sunlight and not staring at a screen for five consecutive hours.
Two rides in one day, neither of them impressive. But the bike got used twice, and that’s more than most Wednesdays.
