Thursday night, eleven o’clock. Seventy minutes. RAI’s longest session this week and it’s barely even a notable event anymore. They just do this now.

Four night sessions in one week. No GPS, no splits, no leaderboard. Just a person who decided in November they were going to start moving and hasn’t stopped.

Seventy minutes at 11 PM on a Thursday. That’s not motivation. That’s discipline wearing comfortable clothes.
