Two walks in one day. This is the first one β€” late afternoon, 0.86 miles, the longest I’d gone on foot in a while. Twenty-nine-minute pace, which is slow, but it’s almost a full mile and that matters more than the speed.

August 22nd. The kind of day where you go out once and then go out again later because the first time wasn’t enough. Or maybe the first time reminded you that outside exists and your legs still work.

Heart rate got up to 131 at some point, which for this pace probably means a hill or just the heat doing its thing.

Almost a mile. Twice in one day. That’s a trend trying to start.
